  • Madinah on the 14th of Ramadan and staying for 5 nights in the 4-star Mawaddah International Hotel near the Haram.

  • Iftar and Suhur included.

  • Makkah the last 10 days will be spent in the newly renovated 3.5-4 star Al-Reyadah Ummul Qura Hotel located 250-300 meters from the Haram with an available shuttle during your stay.

  • Visit holy places in Makkah and Madinah in air-conditioned buses.

  • Royal Jordanian flights from New York and Chicago. Detroit flights will depart from the 18th of September allowing you to stay an extra three nights in Madinah for a fee of $200.

  • Saudia Airline flights from Washington, D.C. on the 14th of December.

Requirements for Umrah

  1. Passport - valid for at least (no less than) 6 months beyond travel dates.

  2. Signed Visa application form with passport photo (taken with white background) stapled on front for each person traveling.

  3. Barakah Hajj Registration Form for each person traveling.

  4. Meningitis vaccine (ACYW 135 only) - Vaccination proof in the past 3 years or less.

  5. Notarized copy of marriage certificate for couples.

  6. Birth certificate for children 18 and under.

  7. Notarized letter proving the blood relation with father/brother/husband as a mahram for all single females under 45.

  8. A letter of permission from the mahram (father, brother, husband or son) allowing the female above 45 to travel alone to Saudi Arabia with Barakah Hajj and Umrah.

  9. Full payment (can combine one check per family/group) to Barakah Hajj & Umrah.

  10. One prepaid Fedex return mailer from each family (used for mailing back obtained visas to each family/group.
